TERMS OF SERVICE

BY CALLING US YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE READ FIRST.

PAYMENT: Sorry, no credit cards. Checks can be used during banking hours and are subject to two forms of ID and verification of funds by the bank. An ATM is located down the street in the town hall parking lot.

NOTIFICATION OF WORK COMPLETION: The customer will be notified by telephone when the work has been completed.

ABANDONED PROPERTY: If property is not picked up and paid for in full within 30 days of completion,
ownership transfers to Guitar Rehab. No payments or deposits will be refunded.

STORAGE CHARGES: The storage fee is applied when customers are difficult to reach or do not pick up thier property. While property is not normally stored, in extenuating circumstances where storage is required the charge is $10 per day. Storage is only an option where regular weekly payments are being made, and this option may or may not be offered at Guitar Rehab's discretion. If a weekly payment is late then the property is deemed "abandoned property". Storage charges are not part of the repair costs.

DENIAL OF SERVICE: Guitar Rehab reserves the right to deny service to anyone at any time.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders require a 100% non-refundable deposit. Freight charges are added and are the customers responsibility.

Customers must specify if the old parts are to be returned to them in writing on the repair work order.

Customer agrees that any further authorization by phone is permitted.

Liability is limited to the cost of the repair.

The best way to reach Guitar Rehab is by phone. Do NOT call to "check on the status " unless the work has gone beyond the promised date.

STOLEN EQUIPMENT: We cooperate with the authorities to identify stolen gear. Stolen gear is not returned.

MINIMUM BENCH FEE: $30

ADDITIONAL BENCH FEE: Make sure all concerns are disclosed in writing when completing the repair order! When additional concerns are indicated after the work is completed, they are subject to an additional bench fee(s).
